I have to find a way to stop him!" resolved Winnie as she read news reports of a shipment of jewels had been stolen from one of Dolphine Inc's mining facilities located in the vast marine landscape outside of Oceana City.

A plan formed in Winnie's mind....knowing that her schedule at the university was clear for the rest of the day.
